My CORA request history

I’ve corresponded a bit with the Custodian of Records for the Roaring Fork School District recently. I just so happened to send my first request right after Kelsey Bean, the former Custodian of Records resigned. So my request went to our Superintendent, Jesús Rodríguez, who was acting in Kelsey’s stead. He responded, cc-ing Lindsay Cox in the email. Lindsay Cox is the Data Analyst and Assessment Coordinator for the Roaring Fork Schools, and may be Kelsey’s replacement. Here is the correspondence (I have removed my name and contact info, and the part where I ask to be given an explanation if my request is denied is also cut off):

I sent 11 CORA requests on June 2, 2023. On the same day, I received this email back from Dr. Rodriquez, responding for my requests regarding meetings on May 9, 2023. These are links for Board Meetings only:

I received this one back on June 3, 2023 from Dr. Rodriguez. *Note that my request for notices, agendas, recordings and minutes were not addressed for work sessions nor was the special meeting on March 21 acknowledged at all. Only Board Meetings were addressed.:

I responded to Dr. Rodriguez on June 5, 2023:

Lindsay Cox responded to me on June 5, 2023. I know the words are tiny, but I wanted to make sure I got the whole email without it being cut off.

This was my last response from either Lindsay Cox or Dr. Rodriguez. I never did get a response regarding work sessions or the special session on March 21, 2023. But this is far from over. They may think I’ve dropped this issue, but they couldn’t be more mistaken. Updates coming soon!
